EVENT REQUESTS

Here is the protocol for the use of Grace Family's facilities (eff. Jan 1, 2026):

***For Directors of Ministry and Heads of Department, recurring events (worship rehearsals, monthly department meetings, etc.) require only one (1) request and must be scheduled on the church calendar via Planning Center. Send an email to info@gracefamilyint.com with any questions or for assistance. ***

1.  All requests are first reviewed by the Administrative staff leader over Facilities and Special Events.  The Event Request Form must be submitted at least 2 months prior to the requested event. 

 

2. Once submitted, the event request is sent to our Facilities Director for approval. 

 

3. Once approved by the Facilities Director, the form will then go through Administrative Staff approval.

 

4. You will receive a notification of approval within 48 hours of staff approval.  If your request is denied, all appeals should be submitted to the Facilities Director at info@gracefamilyint.com. Please do not promote or plan your event [with our church location] without receiving the appropriate approvals.

Additional Information Regarding the Ministry USE or Outside RENTAL of space:

• Non-member, non-ministry events require a Grace Family staff member on campus for the length of the event.

• No event may go longer than 10pm ET.

• No events on holidays.

• Tables and chairs for all events must be handled by a Grace Family staff member only.

• The use of tobacco products, alcohol, vaping, controlled substances, fireworks, and sparklers on our church property is not permitted.

• All events must reflect the values and stated beliefs of Grace Family International Church.
